TimeLock mechanism (DAO in a future)
GM Coin built on upgradable smart-contract, to continue developing and evolve. To add protection from sudden changes to code and “minting a lot of $GM” we implemented TimeLock mechanism. It means we should propose changes firstly - and everybody see it, and that changes would be applied only after 3 days. So if proposition contains something bad - everybody see it and quit. No sense to do that 🙂
That’s temporary solution, in future we would implement DAO.
Gelato web3functions
We need to get tweets and casts from X and Farcaster/TBA. We also need to do it in trustless way, not relying to any centralized services (except of X API). That’s where we use Gelato web3 functions. Read more about architecture here - link.
tweet&mint technology
first tweet&mint or cast&mint technology. Implemented through Gelato Oracles, we scan every your tweet/cast and mint $GM token for that. Our workers runs every day and scan tweets/casts for previous day. Likes also counts! No hard cap, but the amount of $GM tokens you receive decreasing every week. It’s like halving in BTC, but quicker :)
